"Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" Viewership Breakdown

The numbers are in for last Sundays episode of Game of Thrones, and once again they have fallen.  Last weeks episode "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" was initially viewed by 6.24 million people during its initial airing - a slight drop from the previous week, which had 6.56 million viewers.

It seems that this is simply becoming the trend this season, each episode suffering from a slight drop in viewership.  But even so, it still outperforms every thing else that airs on Sunday - in viewership and rating.  But next week I presume we can expect to see another drop in viewership - mainly because next weeks episode will fall on Memorial Day weekend.

That being said, one thing that Game of Thrones is excelling in is its performance in being pirated.  Even though "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" was the least watched episode of the season, it broke the record for being the most downloaded episode of all time.  Coming in with a total of 3.5 million downloads in a 24-hour period, according to Excipio.  It really seems like season 5 of Game of Thrones is becoming the season of the pirates.

This week have four bonus videos for the latest episode of Game of Thrones, "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken".  Out of the four videos, two are focused on The House of Black and White.  While the other is a video with Peter Dinklage and Iain Glenn talking about the death of Ser Joar Mormont.

"Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" Preview

Tonight's episode of Game of Thrones, entitled "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" - also the house word of House Martell - will most definitely be spending a majority of its time in the Dorne.  Tonight's episode will introduce us to Trystane Martell the son, and heir, to Doran Martell.  As well as reintroducing us to Myrcella Baratheon - who is now being played by Nell Tiger Free.  The episode is written by Bryan Cogman - who also wrote last weeks episode, "Kill the Boy".

The official plot synopsis for the episode is:

Arya (Maisie Williams) trains.  Jorah (Iain Glen) and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) run into slavers.  Trystane (Toby Sebastian) and Myrcella (Nell Tiger Free) make plans.  Jaime and Bronn reach their destination.  The Sand Snakes attack.

Game of Thrones Season 5 Plot Synopses for Episodes 4-8

HBO recently put out a press release giving us a few pieces of new information for season 5 of Game of Thrones.  Not only did we get the plot synopses for the May episodes, but we also got the title for episode 8.

As always these plot synopses are quite vague in their description.  But for those of you who don't want any information on them, I'll leave them below the break.

Titles Released for Episodes 505-507

Adding to the list of known episode titles for the upcoming season, GeekyInc has broken the news for episode titles 505-507.  GeekyInc previously brought us the titles for episodes 501-504.

The titles are:

Episode 505: "Kill the Boy"

Episode 506: "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken"

Episode 507: "The Gift"

The biggest surprise for me is episode 505.  I'm excited to see that they have decided to take the route with the quote, "Kill the boy and let the man be born."  Lets just hope the shows depiction of this story is as good the books.

So what do you think of these three episode titles?
