New Clip of Arya Stark in Season 5

Maisie Williams made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week to promote the upcoming season of Game of Thrones.  And with her guest appearance on the show, we got a short new scene from season 5.

I personally love this new scene with Arya.  It sets us up perfectly for what we can expect to see unwinding with Arya's storyline this season, without giving away to much.

So what did you think of the new clip?  And if you want to check out the rest of Maisie Williams interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, click right here!

Arya Starks New Look for Season 5

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly we have gotten a bevy of new images for the upcoming season of Game of Thrones.  This article however will be looking at the new look Arya Stark will be taking on in season 5.

When we last left of with Arya in season four, she was leaving Westeros and heading towards the free city of Braavos.  With this change in locations, it made sense to also change up her look.  This is what Entertainment Weekly had to say about Arya's new look: "You'll hardly recognize Arya in Game of Thrones this year - no more muddy brown tunic and boy-ish haircut! Now the fan-favorite character has escaped Westeros, where she was traveling incognito disguised as a peasant boy for the past several seasons, the deadly Stark daughter received a radical makeover for her new life in Braavos."

So check out Arya's new look for yourself, and let me know what you think about her new makeover.

Cast Signs on for Seventh Season

According to The Hollywood Reporter it seems that HBO has renegotiated the contracts with several of the main stars of Game of Thrones, to include the potential of a seventh season.

Now for a show that is known for killing off main characters this news may seem like it could lead to spoilers.  You might be thinking "if shes signed on until season 7, there's no possibility they can die sooner."  And that's where you'd be wrong.  HBO has only signed them on to potentially be in the seventh season - the other side of the coin is that the character might die sooner, and because of that loose out on their large paycheck.

That being said, the actors who have signed on for the seventh season will be listed below the cut.

Filming Season 4 In Iceland

Filming in Iceland has finally started.  Iceland has been the usual filming location in the past for locations north of the Wall.  Although this time it seems we might be expecting something different, as the weather in Iceland is not correct right now for the usual scenes, and the fact we have confirmed reports of Maisie Williams (Arya) and Gwendoline Christie (Brienne) both being in Reykjavik.

For those of you who don’t remember where left these two characters in the show here’s a quick catch up.  Arya was last seen in the Riverlands with Sandor Celgane, the Hound.  Brienne of Tarth on the other hand just arrived in King’s Landing with Jaime Lannister.

Spoilers Ahead.  Don't continue reading unless you've finished A Feast for Crows.
